At Poppin Crunch, we take great pride in producing high-quality, fresh products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any edible products once they have left our facility.
2. No Refunds
We do not issue refunds for:

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
3. Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4. Allergies and Ingredients
It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information before purchase. We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or overlooked ingredients.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, etc.).
