Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – FREE

  • Local Pickup (Brooklyn, NY) – Free (available by appointment)

Warm Weather Shipping

Since our products are temperature-sensitive, we may use insulated packaging and ice packs during warmer months to ensure your candy arrives in perfect condition.
Orders may ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Delays

Please note that carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@poppincrunch.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
